Do we have to use all of it?
No, and most schools do not start that way. The common path is the calendar first, because it changes nothing for families or renters, then ticketing or rentals at a natural break.
Is anything gated behind a higher tier?
There is no higher tier. Every module on this page is included, for every school, at $0. See pricing.
What does it not do?
Work orders and preventive maintenance, officials assignment, athletic eligibility, and anything that requires reading your SIS. Those are named on the comparison pages rather than left for you to discover.
