Organizer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Admittee, LLC ("Admittee," "we," "us," or "our"), a digital platform that enables schools, colleges, athletic associations, clubs, booster groups, businesses, community organizations, and other event organizers ("Organizer," "User," or "you") to manage tickets, concessions, registrations, fundraising, sponsorships, facility scheduling, and related activities.

By accessing or using the Admittee platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.


2. Digital Assets and Permissions
2.1 Responsibility for Digital Assets
Organizers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, images, trademarks, or branding featured in event promotions, fundraising, sponsorships, or ticketing.

2.2 Indemnification for Unauthorized Use
Admittee does not verify the ownership or rights of digital assets used by an Organizer. The Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold Admittee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from the unauthorized use of such assets.

2.3 Logos & Trademarks

  • Admittee may display logos, names, or branding for illustration purposes only.

  • These logos remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

  • The use of logos does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Admittee.

  • Institutions or businesses may request removal of their logo at any time by contacting


3. Payment Processing
3.1 Third-Party Payment Processor (Stripe)
All transactions conducted through Admittee are processed via Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By using Admittee’s platform, the Organizer agrees to
Stripe’s terms of service.

3.2 Payment Responsibilities

  • Admittee is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes.

  • Any payment-related disputes must be resolved directly with Stripe.

  • Admittee does not store or process credit card or bank account information; all transactions occur through Stripe.

3.3 Revenue Distribution

  • Revenue from tickets, concessions, fundraising, registrations, rentals, or sponsorships is collected by Stripe and transferred to the Organizer’s verified bank account.

  • Admittee is not responsible for incorrect payout details provided by the Organizer.

3.4 Fees

  • Admittee charges service and transaction fees for the use of its platform.

  • Depending on the transaction type (e.g., tickets, concessions, registrations, fundraising, rentals, sponsorships), these fees may either:

    • Be passed to the buyer as a separate service fee, or

    • Be embedded in the transaction, with the Organizer receiving the net amount in reporting.

  • In certain cases, the Organizer may choose whether to pass fees to the buyer or absorb them.

  • Admittee fees are non-refundable, including when a refund is approved by the Organizer.

4. License and Access
4.1 Limited License
Admittee grants the Organizer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for event management purposes in compliance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities
Users may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from Admittee.

  • Use the platform for personal fund transfers, money laundering, or unauthorized activities.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s integrity or performance.


5. Refunds, Cancellations & Ticket Transfers
5.1 Refund Policy

  • Buyers may request refunds directly from the Organizer.

  • Organizers may issue refunds through their Admittee account at their discretion.

  • Admittee fees are always non-refundable.


5.2 Event Cancellations

  • If an event is canceled, the Organizer is responsible for determining and issuing refunds in accordance with their policy.

  • Admittee will not issue refunds directly but provides the tools for Organizers to do so.


5.3 Ticket Transfers & Resale

  • Tickets may or may not be transferable, depending on the Organizer’s policy.

  • Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in account suspension.


6. Data Privacy and Communications
Admittee collects limited buyer information (such as name, email, and payment details) to process purchases and provide reporting to Organizers.

  • Admittee may provide buyers with access to their purchase history through a profile linked to their email address. Organizers acknowledge and agree that this functionality is part of Admittee’s platform.

  • Organizers are responsible for ensuring that custom forms or data they collect (e.g., registrations, waivers, sponsor information) comply with applicable privacy laws, including FERPA and COPPA where applicable.

  • Admittee is not liable for misuse of data collected by Organizers.


7. Facility Scheduling & Rentals
Admittee provides scheduling tools to simplify reservations for facilities, fields, venues, or spaces.

  • If the platform is used to collect rental payments, standard fees apply.

  • Admittee is not responsible for access, condition, insurance, or disputes regarding facility use.


8. Sponsorships
Admittee provides tools to collect sponsorship payments, including via invoicing.

  • Fees may be embedded in sponsorship payments, and Organizers receive the net amount.

  • Organizers are solely responsible for sponsor agreements, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws or policies.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Admittee
Admittee reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Organizer’s access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of Admittee’s services.

10.2 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, the Organizer’s right to use the platform will immediately cease.

  • All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Admittee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on the Admittee website and take effect immediately upon posting.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • If an event is canceled, the Organizer is responsible for determining and issuing refunds in accordance with their policy.

  • Admittee will not issue refunds directly but provides the tools for Organizers to do so.


5.3 Ticket Transfers & Resale

  • Tickets may or may not be transferable, depending on the Organizer’s policy.

  • Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in account suspension.


6. Data Privacy and Communications
Admittee collects limited buyer information (such as name, email, and payment details) to process purchases and provide reporting to Organizers.

  • Admittee may provide buyers with access to their purchase history through a profile linked to their email address. Organizers acknowledge and agree that this functionality is part of Admittee’s platform.

  • Organizers are responsible for ensuring that custom forms or data they collect (e.g., registrations, waivers, sponsor information) comply with applicable privacy laws, including FERPA and COPPA where applicable.

  • Admittee is not liable for misuse of data collected by Organizers.


7. Facility Scheduling & Rentals
Admittee provides scheduling tools to simplify reservations for facilities, fields, venues, or spaces.

  • If the platform is used to collect rental payments, standard fees apply.

  • Admittee is not responsible for access, condition, insurance, or disputes regarding facility use.


8. Sponsorships
Admittee provides tools to collect sponsorship payments, including via invoicing.

  • Fees may be embedded in sponsorship payments, and Organizers receive the net amount.

  • Organizers are solely responsible for sponsor agreements, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws or policies.


9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Admittee
Admittee reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Organizer’s access to the platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or misuse of Admittee’s services.

10.2 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, the Organizer’s right to use the platform will immediately cease.

  • All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Admittee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on the Admittee website and take effect immediately upon posting.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
