1. Admittee’s Role
Admittee provides a platform that allows organizations (“Organizers”)—including schools, clubs, businesses, and community groups—to manage facilities, events, and related purchases.

Admittee does not operate, host, or control events, facilities, or services. Each Organizer is solely responsible for event details, pricing, policies, scheduling, and execution.

2. Your Purchase
When you make a purchase, you are entering into an agreement directly with the Organizer, not Admittee.

Admittee facilitates payment and access but does not:

• Set prices

• Determine availability or capacity

• Control scheduling or entry policies

Your purchase is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Accounts & Purchase History
Admittee automatically creates a profile linked to the email address you provide at checkout.

This profile allows you to:

• View past purchases

• Locate tickets or confirmations

• Access related services associated with your email

Access to your profile is provided by verifying control of your email address (for example, through a magic link or security code).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. Anyone with access to your email may be able to access your Admittee purchase history.

You may request deletion of your profile and associated data at any time by contacting support@admittee.com. Deleting your profile may limit access to past purchases.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Refunds and cancellation policies are set by the Organizer.

Refund requests must be directed to the Organizer. Organizers may issue refunds through their Admittee account at their discretion.

Admittee fees are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved by the Organizer.

For questions about event changes, access, or cancellations, please contact the Organizer directly.

5. Fees and Pricing
All prices are set by the Organizer.

Admittee may apply a service or processing fee, which may be:

• Displayed as a separate fee, or

• Included in the purchase price

All fees are non-refundable.

6. Event, Facility, and Venue Rules
By attending or participating in an event or using a rented facility, you agree to comply with:

• Organizer rules and policies

• Venue or facility guidelines

• Safety and conduct requirements

Organizers may deny entry, revoke access, or remove participants for violations of these rules.

7. Platform Limitations
Admittee provides the technology platform only.

Admittee is not responsible or liable for:

• Event quality or outcomes

• Facility conditions or availability

• Schedule changes or cancellations

• Refund decisions made by Organizers

• Incidents occurring at events or facilities

8. Privacy
Personal information collected through Admittee is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Organizer access to your information is limited to what is necessary to operate events, facilities, and reporting.

9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Purchaser Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Admittee platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
