Before Admittee, Foundation Academy was managing facility scheduling and event operations across six separate tools — none of which talked to each other.
Events had to be manually entered into Google Calendar, a Tandem calendar for the website, individual department spreadsheets, FHSAA-mandated athletic software, and a separate fine arts ticketing system. Rentals and non-athletics bookings ran through Gravity Forms on their website.
Every update meant touching multiple systems. Schedules got out of sync. Double bookings happened. And the administrative overhead kept growing.
