Where Facilitron is the better answer
Two of their strengths are real and we do not have them. The first is demand: Facilitron lists your gym on a national marketplace, so a renter who has never heard of your district can still find it. If your problem is that nobody knows the space is available, that is a different problem from the one we solve, and a marketplace solves it.
The second is the renter support team. Facilitron will take the phone call from the soccer club about their certificate of insurance. If your facilities office is one person and that person is drowning, outsourcing the renter relationship is a legitimate thing to buy.
Admittee is the better answer when rentals are not a separate business but one more thing competing for the same gym. The conflict you are trying to avoid is usually not between two renters — it is between a renter and a home game that the athletic department scheduled, and those live in the same calendar here.

How schools switch
Start with the internal calendar, which changes nothing for existing renters, and move the rental program when agreements renew.
**Who switches.** Schools and districts whose rental conflicts are mostly with their own events rather than with other renters.
Common questions
Can we run rentals in Admittee and still list on Facilitron?
Technically nothing stops you, but you would be approving the same room in two places, which is the conflict you were trying to remove. If the marketplace is bringing you renters you would not otherwise reach, that is a real reason to stay.
Who talks to our renters?
You do. Admittee gives the renter a booking page, an agreement to sign, a COI to upload, and an invoice to pay, so most of the conversation stops being necessary — but there is no support team answering on your behalf. Facilitron has one, and that is a genuine difference.
Does Admittee do work orders?
No. If maintenance and custodial work orders are part of what you are buying, Facilitron and FMX both do that and we do not.
