Understanding analytics in Admittee

Admittee gives you powerful tools to track how your events and fundraisers are performing. Analytics are available in two places: Event-level activity and School-wide activity. Together, they give you both a detailed and big-picture view of your success.

🎟 Event-Level Activity

  • Found inside each individual event.

  • Shows all activity tied to that specific event, including:

    • Ticket scans and redemptions

    • Concession sales

    • Fundraiser donations (if connected)

    • When each ticket was purchased

    • Total attendance → compare tickets sold vs. tickets actually scanned at the gate

  • Useful for reconciling revenue, tracking attendance, and reviewing event-specific performance.

🏫 School-Wide Activity

  • Found in the main navigation under the Activity tab.

  • Combines data across all events, passes, concessions, and fundraisers.

  • Lets you:

    • See totals across your entire organization

    • Spot trends over time

    • Compare results between different events or seasons

    • View sales by category (e.g., tickets vs. passes vs. concessions vs. fundraising)

  • Useful for strategic planning and reporting to administrators or booster clubs.

  • All activity in Admittee is time-stamped and recorded, creating a reliable financial trail.
