Featuring Sponsors

Featuring Sponsors

Once you add sponsors in Admittee, their logos automatically appear across multiple touchpoints — giving your partners maximum visibility, while building a stronger sense of community support around your events.

📍 Where Sponsors Appear

  • Event Pages → Sponsor logos are displayed directly on your event’s page for families to see before purchasing tickets.

  • Event Posters → Logos appear on printable QR posters, making sponsors visible wherever posters are placed (hallways, gates, concessions).

  • Ticket Confirmation Emails → After families purchase tickets, sponsors are included in the confirmation email they receive.

  • Concession Posters → Sponsor logos are included on printable concession QR posters.

  • Concession Purchase Pages → Families see sponsor logos while submitting a concession payment.

  • Concession Confirmations → Logos also appear on the buyer’s digital confirmation page after purchase.

💡 Best Practice

  • Use high-resolution, transparent-background logos for a clean and professional look across all placements.

  • Highlight this visibility when talking with potential sponsors — they’ll know their brand is seen at every stage of the event experience.

  • Refresh event-specific sponsors to align with the theme or audience of each event.

  • Remember: featuring sponsors isn’t just about promotion — it also builds broader community ties by showcasing local businesses who support your programs.

✅ Featuring sponsors across your event materials not only drives visibility for partners but also builds stronger, ongoing community support for your organization.
