For community and youth theaters

Reserved seats, sold from your own website.

Your house on a real seating chart. Patrons pick their seats, pay in one checkout, and carry the ticket in their phone's wallet. No seating-chart fee and no platform fee.

Pick a time

Twenty minutes on your own rooms. Bring a real conflict and we will work through it on the product, not a slide deck.

One production, opening night to closing

Upload your floor plan from the dashboard and we build the seating chart. It belongs to the venue, so every production after this one reuses it. For each show, you set the zones and prices yourself.

Patrons pick their seats on the map from your website, and the seats are held while they check out. Two performances, a season pass and a donation go through in one checkout, and the wallet ticket shows section, row and seat.

At the house door, volunteers scan tickets on a phone or tablet and sell the walk-up with tap to pay. Every performance lands in one report, split into total, fees and net.

What the box office needs

Pick-your-seat checkout

Patrons choose specific seats on the map, and nobody else can take a seat while it is in someone's checkout.

More

Price by zone

Orchestra, balcony, the front row: paint seats into zones, each with its own price, or adult and student prices on the same seat.

Hold seats back

Seats you leave out of every zone are not for sale, so the sound desk and house seats stay off the map.

General admission areas

Standing room or a lawn beside the reserved seats, on the same chart, where a seat number would be a fiction.

Season and flex passes

A pass for the season, or a book of admissions to spend across it. Passes and memberships for your supporters.

More

Donations at checkout

A gift in the same checkout as the tickets, and fundraising pages for the campaigns between shows.

Questions

Who builds the seating chart?

We do, at no charge. Request a chart from the dashboard with your capacity and a floor plan attached. You then set the zones and prices for each show yourself.

We perform in a space we rent.

That works. Add it as a venue and we build its chart; it is reused every time you perform there.

Can patrons pick adult or student pricing for a seat?

Yes. A zone can carry one price or several, and the patron chooses the category when they pick the seat.

Do free tickets cost us anything?

No. A $0 ticket has no percentage, no fixed fee and no minimum, so comps for cast families are not a billing event.
