Rent out your space without chasing the paperwork.
Renters book from a page on your own branding, sign your agreement, upload their insurance and pay by card or bank transfer. Every request still goes past a person before it is confirmed.

One booking, request to payment
A renter finds the space on a booking page in your own branding, sees what is available and what it costs, signs your agreement and uploads a certificate of insurance, all with the request.
A person on your side approves it, against a calendar that already knows about everything else in the building. The renter pays a deposit up front and the invoice after, by card or bank transfer.
Unpaid invoices are a list rather than a recollection, and every payment lands in one report.

Rate classes
A price per customer type, so the youth league and the corporate booking are not the same price by accident.
Custom totals
Waive a fee, honor a negotiated rate or discount a long-standing group, and the renter sees the number you set.
Agreements, signed
Your agreement e-signed at request time. No PDF sent, returned, scanned and filed.
Insurance on file
A certificate of insurance tracked against the booking, so an expired one is visible before the date.
Bank transfer
Renters can pay by ACH at 1.5%, capped at $20, which on a large invoice is a fraction of a card fee.
No double bookings
Rentals sit on the same calendar as your own programs, so the Saturday you rent is a Saturday nobody else has.
MoreWhat it costs
No platform fee, no setup fee and no per-facility fee. Internal bookings and $0 rentals are free.

Questions
Do renters pay by bank transfer?
Yes, and it is the cheaper route: ACH is 1.5% capped at $20, against 5% + $0.75 on a card (3.75% on invoices of $1,000 or more). On a $2,000 invoice that is $20 instead of $75.
Can we override a total for one booking?
Yes. An operator can set a custom total on a booking, and the renter sees the number you set.
We are not a school. Is this for us?
Yes. Churches, community halls, clubs and venues use the same product on the same terms. There is no tier for one and not the other.
How is this different from a rental marketplace?
A marketplace brings you renters you would not otherwise reach, which is a genuine strength we do not have. What we have instead is the rest of the building on the same calendar. See the Facilitron comparison.
