Subscribed Feeds Stay Current
A team calendar subscription picks up schedule changes made after someone subscribed. An event's category links to that category's upcoming events.
People Export, Ready for Bloomerang
Grandparent rows in the people export carry the student and campus they belong to, and city, state and ZIP are split out even from addresses typed without commas.
Dollar-Off Promo Codes
A promo code can take a fixed amount off the order, alongside percentage codes, on tickets, passes and registrations. A total never goes below $0.
Message Families, Cancel a Date
Each registration date has its own menu: message the families on it, view attendance, or cancel and refund with a note that appears in their email. When fees are kept, the refund shows what was paid, kept and returned. Copy emails exports a date's families for BCC.
Attendance by Date
Attendance opens on today's session, and each child is marked Here or Absent. When each date is sold as its own type, a date's roster, print sheet and CSV list only the children registered for that date.
Share a Family Account
A parent can invite another guardian to the family account, choosing which children to share and whether health details come too. My account adds a list of the people you register and a payment tile.
Promo Codes in the Registration Cart
"Add promo code" sits above the total in the registration cart, so a family can use a code even when the registration has a form to fill out first.
Book More Than One Space
One rental or event can hold several spaces, and every rental email names each one. Away games no longer block a home facility for renters.
Renter Journey
A renter follows one page from request to confirmed, with a tracker that says where the booking stands. Approving a rental emails the signing link, and signing is a single lighter step.
