The Event Day App makes it simple to sell concessions or merchandise without needing cash or pre-set items. Families pay by scanning a QR code at the concession table, and volunteers confirm orders using a unique color-coded order number. Every transaction is tracked in real time in your Event Activity.

✅ Before Families Arrive

• Print and post the Concessions QR Poster at the concessions stand.

  • To get the poster: open your event, click Event Day Tools, then select Print Concessions Poster.

• Make sure volunteer devices are charged and connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.

• Have your team ready to call out prices quickly (no item setup required).

• Multiple devices can be used at the same time — all orders will sync and appear in the App.

📲 How to Sell Concessions

1. The concessions volunteer tells the buyer the total cost of their items.

2. The buyer scans the Concessions QR Poster with their phone.

3. The buyer submits payment through Admittee.

4. Both the buyer and the concessions volunteer will see a unique color-coded order number.

5. The volunteer confirms the number matches, then hands the order to the buyer.
   
   
   

📊 Where Sales Are Tracked

• Every concession purchase is logged in two places:

  • Event Day App → Concessions Feed, showing each order in real time with a time stamp and color code.

  • Admin Dashboard → Event Activity (for full reporting and reconciliation).

• This ensures both admins and volunteers can see and confirm purchases as they happen.
