The Finances tab in Admittee is where you manage payments, payouts, and fees. It’s powered by Stripe, our secure payment processor, and provides a complete record of your organization’s financial activity.

📍 Where to Find It

• Go to Finances in the main navigation.

• You’ll see four tabs: Transactions, Payouts, Tax Documents, and Pricing & Fees.
  
  

🔎 What You Can Do

• Transactions → Review and export purchases (tickets, passes, concessions, donations).

• Payouts → Track deposits into your bank account and adjust payout frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Tax Documents → Access year-end forms for your treasurer or accountant.

• Admittee Fees → View platform fees and adjust how fees are covered.

🔑 Key Notes

• All activity is securely managed by Stripe.

• Your bank account must be connected in Settings > Account Activation to receive payouts.
